DoseCall

Terms of Service

Last updated October 26, 2026

By using DoseCall you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What DoseCall is

DoseCall sends medicine reminders and, when you miss a dose and every evening, places an in-app call from an AI assistant that asks how you are and records your answers. Family members you invite can see this information.

Not medical care

DoseCall is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat anything, and the assistant is not a doctor or nurse. Always follow your doctor's and pharmacist's advice. In an emergency, call 911. Reminders and calls need your phone to be on, connected to the internet, and allowed to run in the background; they can be late or missed, so don't rely on DoseCall as your only reminder for critical medicines.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for the information you enter.

Free trial and subscription

Family access

When you share an invite code, the person who uses it can see your medicines, doses, calls and alerts. You can remove them anytime in Settings → Family.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, try to break or overload it, or use it for anyone without their permission.

Changes and ending

We may update DoseCall or these terms; we'll tell you about important changes. You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

DoseCall is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, or for missed or late reminders or calls. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
