Privacy Policy

Last updated October 26, 2026

This policy explains what the DoseCall app ("DoseCall", "we") collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. DoseCall is published on Google Play by Falcon BJR. Contact: auracryptoai@gmail.com.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with data brokers. There are no ads in DoseCall.

Who processes it

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect someone's safety.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, your data is deleted right away from the live database and from backups within 30 days. To prevent repeat free trials we keep only one-way hashes of your email and device ID, which cannot be turned back into them.

Your choices

Consumer health data

Information about your medicines, doses, symptoms, readings and how you feel is consumer health data under laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar laws in Nevada and Connecticut. We collect it from you (in the app and during calls) only to provide the service you asked for, with your consent given when you set up the app. We share it only with the processors and family members listed above. You can see, delete, or withdraw consent for it at any time using the choices above or by emailing auracryptoai@gmail.com. We will never sell it.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and access is limited to your account and the family members you link. If a breach of your health information ever happens, we will notify you and the U.S. Federal Trade Commission as required by the FTC Health Breach Notification Rule.

Children

DoseCall is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Not medical advice

DoseCall is a consumer app, not a healthcare provider or medical device. The assistant is not a doctor. In an emergency, call 911.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above and tell you in the app if the change is important.
