Delete your DoseCall account

This permanently deletes your account and everything in it: profile, medicines, dose history, call transcripts, symptoms, readings, alerts and family links. It cannot be undone. Active Google Play subscriptions are not cancelled automatically: cancel yours in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

In the app: Settings → Delete my account.

Here: sign in with the Google account you use in DoseCall, then confirm.

Or email auracryptoai@gmail.com from your account's email address and we'll delete it within 30 days.

We keep only one-way hashes of your email and device ID to prevent repeat free trials. Backups are cleared within 30 days.
